Playful situations and challenges quickly reveal not only group dynamics, but also how you convey information, how deeply you listen to each other, where cooperation slips between you, and what communication patterns help or hinder working together. 
We work with these, experience-centered exercises are always followed by reflection and putting what we have learned into practice.
Conflict management and group dynamics
I work with a self-developed, playful group dynamics archetype/pattern system that helps to recognize the roles, games, and hidden operations that appear in conflict situations. 
Participants can try out new reactions in a safe, playful setting and at the end of the training they leave full of experiences and much more aware of conflict management.

How do I work? Why a playful methodology?

For me, the game is not there „for its own sake”: behind every exercise there is a development goal, an observational aspect and processing. The participants first experience a situation, then we look together at what happened, what patterns emerged and what can be transferred from this to everyday functioning.
During the game, participants unconsciously act more honestly, and the hidden elements of group dynamics that we want to work with later become clearly visible.

Participants engage, react, decide, take risks, collaborate, make mistakes, and redesign. These are the insights that can trigger real change in a team. That's why - although I always work with proven, self-designed playful exercises - I always tailor the programs to the given team and organizational situation.
