MI6 – License to Operate
A joint mission where team cooperation is tested while you are surrounded by a captivating story.
In an intelligence mission, information is shared by multiple people, decisions are made under time pressure, and everyone contributes something to the solution. MI6 – License to Operate program, the team becomes part of such a story at the Budakeszi Shooting Range.
The joint investigation Real shooting tasks and skill challenges As a playful trainer, I help ensure that at the end of the experience we also look at how you worked together and what is worth taking from this into your work.
How is the mission going?
Briefing and preparation. Upon arrival, participants will learn about the story, tasks, and rules of the venue.
MI6 Mission – 90 minutes. The team searches for clues, connects information, and then collectively decides how to proceed. Observation and communication play a role as much as logic during the mission.
Field Agent Training. Participants will work in small units, rotating through the three stations of the shooting range: handgun, assault rifle and submachine gun, and precision shooting tasks. The shooting will be led by range experts.
Silent Weapons Challenge. The final challenge involves throwing knives, throwing stars, and tomahawks. Here, too, attention, coordination, and precision matter.
Joint closure. We summarize the results and experiences of the mission. If accompanied by a trainer, we also process the functioning of the team: we recall the moments from which we can learn about everyday cooperation.
What does the trainer do?
As a game coach and game master, I accompany the team throughout the mission. In addition to leading the game, I observe how you communicate, how decisions are made, what roles you take on, and how you react to a stalemate or disagreement. I take notes based on game psychology and group dynamics aspects, and then during the joint processing I will help you understand your cooperation through specific game situations..
From these experiences, We will formulate insights and practical steps that you can use in your everyday work.
