This is my most complex training, team building, and leadership development game to date: a full-day, multi-layered simulation where participants take on different roles, changing positions of power, make decisions under pressure… and participate in a serious and exciting game.

Beyond Words – Communication in a Playful Way

In this full-day, experiential workshop, we explore how we function in communication situations through board games, exercises, and shared processing. The game provides a safe space to try out new solutions, recognize our own patterns, and go home with tools that we can use the next day.
