HRPWR presentation: Hybrid is the new everyday
Organized by Üzlet és Pszichológia, HRPWR and Kreatív.hu, we were able to hear the thoughts of 12 relevant and outstanding professional speakers at the Nagy Employer Branding Nap online conference this year. We were very proud to have [eureka] Consulting's lead trainer, Réka Győri-Nádai, among them, who came with her presentation on "hybrid working", including attitude-shaping, practical tips and a 5-point checklist to increase efficiency.

They paid ten thousand forints for their first partner, now they live off playing
Réka Győri-Nádai and Zoltán Győri's apartment is such that you want to be a child and grow up with them. In the living room, where elsewhere there is a bookshelf covering an entire wall, there are all kinds of games, logic, strategy and party games. Confrontational, competitive, cooperative, conversational board games, for young and old, adults, for two- and multi-player teams. In the drawers are hidden the plans, sketches and prototypes of Zoli's own developed games - this year alone, seven of her board games have been released on the market. Among them is one that is a rarity on the Hungarian market: a sex education adult party game.

Réka Nádai revealed what leads to a successful business
Réka Nádai, founder of the What Should We Play? vlog, was the first guest on the National Innovation Agency's new podcast, KOCKA. Réka Nádai talked about what it's like as a woman to build a business from scratch and then let go of her own brand after ten years. The founder of Mit Játsszunk? still feels social prejudice and double standards against women in Hungary.

"Playing is sexy" - Réka Győri-Nádai, mompreneur of the year, who also suits hip-hop
Réka Győri-Nádai is a creative professional, theater director, and game trainer who won the title of Mompreneur of the Year in the www.work.buzz. vote. Moreover, she achieved all this by literally playing, as she works with board games together with her husband: they test, make recommendations, vlog, and build a community.

Instead of panicking, I'm playing - let's socialize during quarantine!
Let's play alone, together, or even with our grandmother over the phone, the point is to bring some experience into the confinement. Playing board games during quarantine is also useful, among other things, because we can feel that we finally have an impact on things and are not just drifting with the flow. In addition, we can strengthen our family and friend relationships in the process.
